The synergy between Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie and Rilo Kiley's Jenny Lewis is very apparent: she help make some of Postal Service's most memorable songs into sonically balanced pieces that bleed a sort of beautiful bleakness. While the next Postal Service project appears to still be far from a reality, they've been trading tunes on the road.
